CANCELLATION POLICY

• cancellation of the service up to 21 days prior the tour: 100% reimbursment

• cancellation of the service up to 15 days prior the tour: 50% reimbursment

• cancellation of the service up to 48 hours prior the tour:25% reimbusment

• cancellation of the service after the 48 hours prior the tour/no show: no reimbursment

• In case of extreme weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel the tour and reschedule for another date.
